Savory breakfast tacos made with Jimmy Dean® Pork Chorizo Sausage Patties, scrambled eggs, cheese, pickled jalapeños, pico de gallo and a sour cream drizzle.
SERVES: 3 TACOS
| 3 each | Jimmy Dean® Pork Chorizo Sausage Patties, cooked and cut into quarters. |
| 3 each | Corn tortillas |
| 3 each | Eggs, scrambled |
| 2.25 oz | Cheddar cheese, shredded |
| 9 each | Pickled jalapeños, slices |
| 3 Tbsp | Pico de gallo |
| 3 tsp | Sour cream |
| 1 Tbsp | Cilantro leaves, fresh, chopped |
| 3 each | Lime, wedges |
Step 1
Heat the Jimmy Dean® Sausages. Reserve.
Step 2
In a small skillet melt butter, add eggs and scramble. Once nearly done, add Cheddar cheese and cook until melted.
Step 3
Place 3 corn tortillas on a plate and add eggs to each tortilla.
Step 4
Add the cooked and cut Jimmy Dean® Sausages, pico de gallo. Drizzle with sour cream and top with 3 jalapeño slices. Garnish with chopped cilantro.
Step 5
Serve with a wedge of lime.
