Steak Breakfast Frittata Recipe

A golden brown and fluffy frittata featuring Jimmy Dean® Seasoned Steak Skillets with diced potatoes, onions, mushrooms and seasoned steak, all baked in a mini cast iron skillet and topped with aged Cheddar cheese.”

Ingredients

YIELD: 1 Frittata

1 eachJimmy Dean® Seasoned Steak Skillets
2 eachEggs
2 ozMilk, whole
To tasteSalt
To tastePepper
2 ozCheddar cheese, aged, shredded
Directions

Step 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, salt and pepper until combined.

Step 3. Fold steak skillet into bowl with egg mixture and pour into an oiled cast iron pan.

Step 4. Bake mixture for 15-20 minutes or until center is set.

Step 5. Take out of the oven, evenly cover with cheddar cheese and place back in the oven until the cheese is melted.  Serve.
