Step 1. Place a skillet over medium-high heat.
Step 2. Fry the Hillshire Farm® Bakin' Bacon™ Heat-N-Serve Pizza Topping until cooked through and crispy, then set aside to cool.
Step 3. To make the batter, combine the eggs and dashi powder dissolved in the warm water in a small mixing bowl and beat gently.
Step 4. In a separate large mixing bowl add your all-purpose flour and cornstarch, then pour over the egg and dashi stock mixture.
Step 5. Stir and combine until smooth.
Step 6. Next, add the shredded cabbage, half of the green onion, cooked bacon and corn into the batter mixture.
Step 7. Mix until all the dry ingredients are evenly coated (but don’t overmix, we want to keep that cabbage nice and fluffy).
Step 8. Heat a large frying pan over medium heat.
Step 9. Add in the vegetable oil and allow to heat up.
Step 10. Scoop out the mixture onto the pan, aiming for a circle shape about 4 inches wide.
