1 oz.Carolina Gold BBQ Sauce (Commercially Available)

Chopped Vinegar Cabbage Slaw

YIELD: 2 Cups

AMOUNTSUB-RECIPE INGREDIENTS
2 cupsRed Cabbage - Julienne
1/2 CUPScallions- Slice on Bias
2 tbsp.Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tsp.Yellow Mustard
1 tsp.Salt
Directions

Step 1: Toast Mexican Original® Tortilla on a flat top until warm.

Step 2: Preheat fryer to 350°F. Cook Tyson® Mini Chicken Bites for 90 seconds or until internal temperature reaches 140°F.

Step 3: Toss Mini Chicken Bites in Carolina Gold BBQ sauce.

Step 4: Plate bites in tortilla and top with slaw. Serve warm.
