Apple Cider Steak Sauce
Yield: 4 OZ.

Step 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Step 2. Spread non-stick skillet with oil.
Step 3. Place Jimmy Dean® Fully Cooked Sausage Skillet, Frozen into skillet and place into pre-heated oven.
Step 4. Heat while occasionally stirring for 7 minutes or until minimum temperature of 165°F has been reached.
Step 5. Remove from oven and place two sunny-side up eggs on top of the sausage skillet.
Step 6. Place cooked apple cider steak glazed bacon onto a clean cutting board and slice in half on a bias.
Step 7. Place cooked apple cider steak glazed bacon onto prepared skillet next to sunny-side up eggs in skillet.
Step 8. Serve as needed.
ALTERNATIVE COOKING METHODS – Jimmy Dean® Fully Cooked Sausage Skillet, Frozen
Preheat grill or non-stick skillet with 3 tablespoons of oil (or non-stick spray) over medium to high heat. Pour contents of one package. Heat while occasionally stirring for 7 minutes. For food safety and quality purposes, this product must be cooked to a minimum temperature of 160°F prior to eating. Since stove tops and skillets vary, cooking heat and cook times may require adjusting.
Apple Cider Steak Bacon
Step 1. Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees F.
Step 2. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
Step 3. Place a wire rack on top of parchment paper.
Step 4. Arrange the bacon in a single layer on the wire rack.
Step 5. Place in oven and cook for approximately 10 minutes on each side or golden brown.
Step 6. Remove from oven and baste each slice of bacon with apple cider steak sauce.
Step 7. Place back into oven and cook for approximately 5 minutes.
Step 8. Remove bacon once again and baste each slice with more apple cider steak sauce.
Step 9. Remove from wire rack and serve as needed.
Apple Cider Steak Sauce
Step 1. Place all ingredients into a stainless-steel pot.
Step 2. Bring ingredients to a boil.
Step 3. Reduce heat and allow the sauce to reduce by ¾’s.
Step 4. Remove from stainless-steel pot and serve as needed.
