Pineapple Sriracha St. Louis-Style Ribs Recipe on a cutting board.

Ingredients

  • 1 RACK St. Louis-Style Pork Ribs
  • 1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
  • 1 Cup Pineapple Bits
  • 1 EA. Garlic Bulb, Roasted
  • 1/2 TSP. Crushed Red Chili
  • 1/2 TBSP. Sriracha Sauce
These tender St. Louis-style ribs cook up quickly and pack a punch. The pineapple caramelizes perfectly on the grill and pairs perfectly with the light spice of the sriracha and soy sauce. At just 2 hours in the oven and a few minutes on the grill, this dish works well as a lunch special or a dinner delight.

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. Combine the soy sauce, pineapple, roasted garlic, chili flakes and sriracha sauce in a food processor.
  3. Place the ribs on a roasting pan and rub the soy sauce mixture all over the ribs.
  4. Roast in the oven until tender, about 1 to 2 hours or until internal temperature is over 200°F-205°F.
  5. Preheat grill to medium-high heat between 200°F and 250°F. Grill ribs on each side for about 15 minutes until you get a nice crusty sear on each side. Apply barbecue sauce as desired. Serve immediately.
