Bleached enriched wheat flour (flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), water, whole wheat flour, blend of vegetable oil shortening (soybean oil, hydrogenated cottonseed oil), seasoning [dextrose, wheat germ, fruit juice color, gum arabic, 2% or less of natural flavor, honey, sugar, tricalcium phosphate (anti-caking), reb a], contains 2% or less of: vital wheat gluten, leavening (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, corn starch, monocalcium phosphate), salt, calcium propionate (preservative), mono and diglycerides, fumaric acid, potassium sorbate (preservative), cellulose gum, guar gum, distilled monoglycerides, enzyme blend (wheat starch, sodium chloride, enzyme preparation), calcium carbonate, sodium metabisulfite.

Grill

After reaching room temperature, fluff and individually separate each wrap. Grill Heat grill to 400 F. Heat wraps on each side for five seconds. STAGING: Keep in steam cabinet or bun warmer until used (maximum 1 hour).

Microwave

After reaching room temperature, fluff and individually separate each wrap. Microwave Stack no more than six wraps and heat 30-45 seconds at high (Microwaves vary for power settings and times). STAGING: Keep in steam cabinet or bun warmer until used (maximum 1 hour).

Steam

After reaching room temperature, fluff and individually separate each wrap. Steam Cabinet Return wraps to bag and place in steam cabinet. Stack no more than 3 dozen high. Heat to 160 F. Do not keep in steam cabinet more than three hours. STAGING: Keep in steam cabinet or bun warmer until used (maximum 1 hour).
