Artisanal Meaty Trio Pizza Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 oz. Hillshire Farm® Cupping Pepperoni
- 2 oz. Hillshire Farm® Sliced Pepperoni, 14 slices per oz.
- 2 oz. Hillshire Farm® All Natural* Fully Cooked Italian Sausage Crumbles
- 1 ea. Pizza Dough, Hand Tossed, Round 12”
- As Needed Olive Oil
- 6 oz. Roasted Tomato Sauce
- 5 oz. Mozzarella Cheese - Shredded
- 1/2 Cup Green Bell Pepper - Sliced
- As Garnish Parmesan Cheese - Grated

Directions
- Cover pizza dough tightly and slack in cooler prior to use.
- Brush the crust with olive oil just prior to assembling the pizza.
- Spread the sauce evenly over crust. Top with mozzarella cheese, Hillshire Farm® All Natural* Fully Cooked Italian Sausage Crumbles , traditional Hillshire Farm ® Sliced Pepperoni , Hillshire Farm® Cupping Pepperoni and green pepper slices.
- Bake in a pre-heated 450°F impinger oven for 4 mins. or until crust and rims of Hillshire Farm® Cupping Pepperoni are crispy
- Finish off with grated Parmesan cheese; slice and serve immediately.
