4 oz. Hillshire Farm® All Natural* Cooked Spicy Italian Sausage
8 oz. White Cheese (Oaxaca)
2 oz. Calabria Chilies
As needed Olive Oil

Sicilian-style fundido with melty white cheese, loaded with Hillshire Farm® All Natural* Cooked Spicy Italian Sausage , topped with Calabria chilies and served with a sheet pan pizza dough focaccia, ripped for dipping.

Directions

Cover the focaccia dough tightly and slack in a cooler prior to use. Brush the crust with olive oil prior to assembly and then bake as needed.
In a large cast iron skillet, add the Oaxaca cheese, chiles and spicy Italian sausage. Bake until the cheese is melty.
Serve the fundido alongside the baked focaccia dough, ripped for dipping, and enjoy!
