Sicilian Style Pizza Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 ea. Round Hand tossed Double Dough
- 4 oz. Hillshire Farm® All Natural* Italian Sausage, Large Chunk, Fully Cooked, 14 Pieces Per Ounce
- 3 oz. Alfredo Sauce
- 2 oz. Calabria Chilies
- 1 oz. Fennel, roasted
- 1 oz. Onions, roasted
- As garnish Golden raisins
- As garnish Pine nuts, roasted
- As garnish Scallions, grilled
- As needed Olive Oil
Sicilian style with an alfredo sauce, spicy Hillshire Farm® All Natural* Italian Sausage , Calabria chilies, roasted fennel, and onions, finished with golden raisins and pine nuts and chopped grilled scallions.

Directions
- Brush the crust with olive oil just prior to assembling the pizza.
- To assemble each pizza: Spread 3 ounces of alfredo sauce evenly over crust. Top with 4 ounces of spicy Hillshire Farm® All Natural* Italian Sausage , 2 ounces of Calabria chilies, 1 ounce of fennel and 1 ounce of roasted onion.
- Bake in a pre-heated 450°F impinger oven for 4 minutes.
- Garnish golden raisins, pine nuts and scallions.
